3. Recruit and nurture talent, ensuring effective succession planning.
4. Organize team and shop floor coverage to meet business needs.
5. Set and monitor team and individual goals, providing support and management.
6. Lead and inspire managers and team leaders to grow their business and people.
7. Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees.
8. Communicate company messages with passion during briefings and meetings.
9. Role model client connection and coach the team on selling techniques.
10. Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service levels.
11. Develop customer database by optimizing data capture and integrity.
12. Communicate store opportunities and priorities to the Store Director.
13. Focus on developing specific product categories within the store.
14. Build and grow a loyal client base using available tools and opportunities.
15. Understand market trends and competitive landscape to enhance knowledge.
16. Analyze store performance and develop necessary actions.
17. Assume full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Director.
18. Ensure store processes and procedures provide a best-in-class client experience.
19. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage inventory effectively.

1. Proven experience leading diverse teams to success in a similar environment.
2. Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
