- Support the Store Director in identifying business opportunities to exceed commercial results.
- Coach and develop the team through regular feedback and personalized development plans.
- Recruit and nurture talent, ensuring effective succession planning.
- Organize team and shop floor coverage to meet business needs.
- Set and monitor team and individual goals, providing support and management.
- Lead and inspire managers and team leaders to grow their business and people.
- Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Communicate company messages with passion during briefings and meetings.
- Role model client connection and coach the team on selling techniques.
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service levels.
- Develop customer database by optimizing data capture and integrity.
- Communicate store opportunities and priorities to the Store Director.
- Focus on developing specific product categories within the store.
- Build and grow a loyal client base using available tools and opportunities.
- Understand market trends and competitive landscape to enhance knowledge.
- Analyze store performance and develop necessary actions.
- Assume full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Director.
- Ensure store processes and procedures provide a best-in-class client experience.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage inventory effectively.
- Proven experience leading diverse teams to success in a similar environment.
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
