1. Support the Store Manager/Director in identifying business opportunities to exceed commercial results.
2. Coach and develop the team through regular feedback and personalized development plans.
3. Recruit and nurture talent, ensuring effective succession planning.
4. Inspire and manage the team to drive business performance and foster a positive work environment.
5. Organize team and shop floor coverage to meet dynamic business needs.
6. Set and monitor team and individual goals, providing support and guidance.
7. Lead and coach Managers/Team Leaders to enhance their business and people management skills.
8. Ensure effective onboarding for new employees, facilitating their integration.
9. Communicate company messages and inspire the team during briefings and meetings.
10. Role model client engagement and coach the team on the selling ceremony.
11. Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service levels.
12. Support the development of a client-centric store environment.
13. Enhance the customer database by optimizing data capture and integrity.
14. Communicate store opportunities and priorities to the Store Manager/Director.
15. Collaborate to maximize category potential and develop a loyal client base.
16. Analyze store performance and develop necessary actions.
17. Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager/Director.
18. Ensure adherence to store processes and procedures for an exceptional client experience.
19. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage inventory responsibilities.
