Loewe Deputy Store Director

- Support the Store Manager/Director in identifying business opportunities to exceed commercial results.
- Coach and develop the team through regular feedback and personalized development plans.
- Recruit and nurture talent, ensuring effective succession planning.
- Inspire and manage the team to drive business performance and foster a positive work environment.
- Organize team and shop floor coverage to meet dynamic business needs.
- Set and monitor team and individual goals, providing support and guidance.
- Lead and coach Managers/Team Leaders to enhance their business and people management skills.
- Ensure effective onboarding for new employees, facilitating their integration.
- Communicate company messages and inspire the team during briefings and meetings.
- Role model client engagement and coach the team on the selling ceremony.
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service levels.
- Support the development of a client-centric store environment.
- Enhance the customer database by optimizing data capture and integrity.
- Communicate store opportunities and priorities to the Store Manager/Director.
- Collaborate to maximize category potential and develop a loyal client base.
- Analyze store performance and develop necessary actions.
- Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager/Director.
- Ensure adherence to store processes and procedures for an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage inventory responsibilities.
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative and commercial solutions.
- Passionate about fashion, art, and culture with a client-centric mindset.
- Fluent in English.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and curiosity in leadership.
- Agility in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a luxury retail environment.
