- Recruit and nurture talent, ensuring robust succession planning.

- Organize team and shop floor coverage to align with business needs.
- Set and monitor team and individual goals, providing support and guidance.
- Lead and inspire Managers/Team Leaders to develop their business acumen and leadership skills.
- Ensure effective onboarding for new employees, facilitating their integration into the company.
- Communicate company messages with passion during briefings and meetings.
- Lead by example in client interactions, enhancing the customer experience.
- Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service levels.
- Support the Store Manager/Director in cultivating a client-centric store culture.
- Enhance the customer database by optimizing data capture.
- Identify and communicate store opportunities to the Store Manager/Director, supporting strategic planning and implementation.
- Focus on developing specific product categories to maximize potential.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base using available tools and opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape.
- Analyze store performance and develop action plans as needed.
- Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager/Director.
- Ensure store processes and procedures are aligned with providing exceptional client experiences.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage inventory processes.
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
