- Analyze store performance and audits, developing necessary actions.
- Assume full responsibility for the store and team in the absence of the Store Director.
- Ensure store processes provide a best-in-class client experience.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage store operations effectively.
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative solutions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
