- Oversee store management including housekeeping, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to drive appointment bookings and in-store VIP events.
- Identify opportunities to grow the customer database and enhance client retention.
- Ensure adherence to store merchandising standards, including visual merchandising expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Provide support and leadership to the store team, including coaching, training, and performance management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to work in a complex and changing environment.
A minimum of 3 years in retail leadership or supervisory roles, with luxury experience preferred.
