1. Lead and manage a team of client advisors to achieve departmental and store targets.
2. Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance and career growth.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships, ensuring a superior client experience.
4. Drive sales and performance for an assigned product category, providing insights and feedback to the regional team.
5. Oversee store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing procedures.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining inventory management.
7. Support new team members through comprehensive onboarding processes.

1. Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
2. Fluency in English and French.
