1. Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual, departmental, and store targets.
2. Support the Store Manager in developing new and existing client relationships.
3. Recruit and develop talent, ensuring succession plans are in place.
4. Foster a client-centric mindset to ensure exemplary client experiences.
5. Drive sales for an assigned product category and analyze performance metrics.
6. Maintain store operations, including opening and closing procedures and inventory management.
7. Communicate company messages and inspire the team during briefings and meetings.

2. Fluency in English and French.
