1. Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual, department, and store targets.
2. Support the Store Manager/Director in developing new and existing clients.
3. Recruit and develop talent, ensuring succession plans.
4. Manage customer flow to ensure high levels of service.
5. Drive sales for an assigned product category and analyze performance.
6. Lead the store in the absence of senior management.
7. Maintain inventory and manage inventory processes.

1. Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams.
2. Strong commercial acumen.
3. Fluent in French and English.
