Loewe Department Manager

- Lead and manage a team to achieve business goals, fostering a cooperative and high-performance work environment.
- Set and review individual and team targets, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent in collaboration with the Store Manager/Director, ensuring effective succession planning.
- Model exemplary sales techniques and support team members in achieving their KPIs.
- Cultivate long-lasting client relationships and enhance the client experience using available resources.
- Communicate company messages and updates effectively during briefings and meetings.
- Ensure new team members are fully integrated and supported through their onboarding process.
- Manage client flow to provide optimal service levels and ensure client satisfaction.
- Drive sales in an assigned product category, analyzing performance and implementing improvement strategies.
- Enhance the team's product knowledge to boost sales and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the regional team regarding product performance and market insights.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring they are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Manage inventory and oversee inventory control processes.
- Perform additional management duties as required.
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to develop creative and commercial solutions.

- Team-oriented with the ability to lead and influence.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
