Loewe Department Manager, Operations

- Identify and implement key operational improvements to protect product assets and enhance store efficiency.
- Support the Store Director in driving best practices and optimizing processes.
- Identify and address gaps in team knowledge regarding store operations.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training on the store operating system, Cegid.
- Implement policies and procedures to achieve stock loss targets and manage stock replenishment processes.
- Lead operational projects and support the store and HQ during project launches.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver stock optimization analysis and forward planning.
- Support CRM initiatives and ensure high-quality client data collection.
- Develop forecasting tools for accurate business planning in sales, stock, and payroll projections.
- Manage vendor relationships to reduce costs and improve services.
- Drive efficiencies in stock organization, improving fetch times and logical stock room flows.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in line with company and Spanish legislation.
- Review product lines and enhance replenishment potential to drive sales.
- Examine P&L aspects to reduce costs and increase store efficiency.
- Oversee store facilities management.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A minimum of 5 years in retail, including 3 years in a managerial capacity, is required.
