Loewe Department Manager, Operations

- Identify and implement key operational improvements to safeguard product assets and enhance reporting transparency.
- Support the Store Director in driving best practices and optimizing processes.
- Identify and address gaps in team knowledge regarding store operations.
- Conduct training for new hires and ongoing training on the Cegid store operating system.
- Implement policies to support stock loss targets and manage stock replenishment processes.
- Lead operational projects and support their launch in collaboration with HQ.
- Enhance team understanding of product flow management and daily operations.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver stock optimization analysis and forward planning.
- Support CRM initiatives and ensure qualitative client data collection.
- Develop forecasting tools for accurate business planning.
- Manage vendor relationships to reduce costs and improve services.
- Drive efficiencies in stock organization and storage.
- Ensure compliance with gift recording processes and health and safety regulations.
- Review product lines to enhance replenishment potential and challenge merchandising strategies.
- Examine P&L aspects to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Oversee store facilities management.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen.
- Passion for customer service and sales floor engagement.

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000-$100,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
