Loewe Department Manager - Operations

- Identify key improvements and operational efficiencies to safeguard product assets and provide transparent reporting to the Store Director and Retail Excellence Operations Manager.
- Support the Store Director in implementing best practices and optimal processes.
- Identify and address gaps in the team's knowledge of store operations.
- Conduct training for new hires and follow-up trainings on the store operating system Cegid.
- Support the team in achieving stock loss targets by implementing new policies and procedures.
- Drive standard processes concerning optimization of stockrooms and operational excellence.
- Lead operational projects and provide support during their launch.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver stock optimization analysis, reporting, and forward planning.
- Support the CRM team and Store Director in ensuring qualitative client data collection.
- Develop a forecasting tool for accurate business planning for sales, stock, and headcount/payroll projections.
- Manage relationships with vendors/suppliers to reduce costs and improve services.
- Enhance store efficiency by organizing stock to improve fetch times and logical stockroom flows.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations in line with company policies and Spain legislation.
- Review product lines weekly to enhance replenishment potential and challenge the Merchandising team.
- Examine P&L aspects to reduce costs and increase store efficiency.
- Work closely with Inventory Control & Retail Excellence Operations Manager to maintain accurate reporting and inventory counts.
- Oversee store facilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Knowledge of USA Retail Laws, security, and Health and Safety Legislation.
- Ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
- Strong commercial competence.
- Passion for customer service and sales floor focus.

- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
$85,000 - $105,000 annually, dependent on skills and experience.
