- Identify and implement key improvements and operational efficiencies to safeguard product assets and provide transparent reporting to the Store Director and Retail Excellence Operations Manager.
- Support the Store Director in promoting best practices and optimal processes.
- Identify knowledge gaps in store operations among team members and facilitate their development.
- Conduct training for new hires and follow-up sessions on the store operating system, Cegid.
- Implement new policies and procedures to achieve stock loss targets and act as the primary contact for stock management and replenishment processes.
- Drive standard processes for optimizing stockrooms and achieving operational excellence.
- Lead operational projects, providing support to the store and headquarters during launches.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver stock optimization analysis, reporting, and forward planning.
- Support the CRM team and Store Director in ensuring client data is qualitative and actionable, offering solutions and guidance where needed.
- Develop a forecasting tool for accurate business planning in sales, stock, and payroll projections.
- Manage vendor/supplier relationships to reduce costs and enhance services.
- Enhance stockroom organization to improve fetch times and storage accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations in all stores.
- Review product lines weekly to enhance replenishment potential and challenge the Merchandising team to improve market potential.
- Examine P&L aspects to reduce costs and increase store efficiency.
- Work closely with Inventory Control & Retail Excellence Operations Manager to maintain accurate reporting and inventory counts.
- Oversee store facilities management.
- Minimum of 5 years' retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and with high motivation.
- Knowledge of USA retail laws, security, and Health and Safety legislation.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Passion for customer service and sales floor focus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in retail.
