Loewe Department Manager, Operations

- Identify and implement key improvements and operational efficiencies to safeguard product assets and enhance reporting transparency.
- Support the Store Director in optimizing store processes and methodologies.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff on store operations systems.
- Manage stock loss targets by implementing new policies and procedures, and act as the primary contact for stock management.
- Lead operational projects, providing support during their launch and ensuring successful execution.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver stock optimization analysis and forward planning.
- Develop forecasting tools to aid in business planning for sales, stock, and payroll projections.
- Maintain vendor relationships to reduce costs and enhance service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Review product lines to enhance replenishment potential and drive sales.
- Examine P&L aspects to reduce costs and increase store efficiency.
- Oversee store facilities and ensure operational excellence.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Strong understanding of USA retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
