1. Drive sales for the assigned product category, analyzing performance and implementing actions to enhance growth.
2. Enhance the team's technical knowledge of the product category to improve KPI performance, including sales, cross-selling, and UPT.
3. Provide feedback to the regional team on product performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
4. Lead the store in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing procedures and resolving client issues.
5. Ensure thorough understanding and implementation of company policies, standards, and procedures.
6. Manage inventory and oversee inventory management.
7. Perform additional duties and management responsibilities as required.

2. Fluency in English.
