1. Lead and manage a team to achieve business goals, fostering a cooperative and high-performance environment.
2. Define and review individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
3. Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager, ensuring succession plans are in place.
4. Model exemplary sales behavior and support team members in achieving their KPIs.
5. Enhance client relationships using available resources and tools.
6. Communicate company messages effectively during briefings and meetings.
7. Ensure new team members have a positive onboarding experience.
8. Manage client flow to maintain high service standards.
9. Develop the customer database by optimizing data capture.
10. Drive sales in assigned product categories, analyzing performance and implementing improvement actions.
11. Enhance the team's product knowledge to boost sales and cross-selling.
12. Provide feedback on product performance and market insights to the regional team.
13. Lead store operations in the absence of senior management, ensuring policy compliance and inventory management.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.
3. Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
4. Passion for fashion, art, and culture.
5. Client-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
