- Lead and manage a team to achieve business goals, fostering a cooperative and high-performance environment.
- Define and review individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager, ensuring succession plans are in place.
- Model exemplary sales behavior and support team members in achieving their KPIs.
- Enhance client relationships using available resources and tools.
- Communicate company messages effectively during briefings and meetings.
- Ensure new team members have a positive onboarding experience.
- Manage client flow to maintain high service standards.
- Develop the customer database by optimizing data capture.
- Drive sales in assigned product categories, analyzing performance and implementing improvement actions.
- Enhance the team's product knowledge to boost sales and cross-selling.
- Provide feedback on product performance and market insights to the regional team.
- Lead store operations in the absence of senior management, ensuring policy compliance and inventory management.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for fashion, art, and culture.
- Client-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Agility and creativity in developing commercial solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the managed product category.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
