1. Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.

4. Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with Store Management.
5. Support the team in building long-lasting client relationships.

8. Drive sales for assigned product categories, analyzing performance and implementing improvement actions.
9. Maintain inventory management and operational standards.
10. Lead store operations in the absence of senior management.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
