- Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.

- Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with Store Management.
- Support the team in building long-lasting client relationships.

- Maintain inventory management and operational standards.
- Lead store operations in the absence of senior management.
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for the product category managed and a client-centric mindset.
- Interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be agile and creative in solution development.
- Team player with leadership capabilities.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
