1. Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual, departmental, and store targets.
2. Support the Store Manager in developing new and existing clients.

4. Set and review individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
5. Recruit and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager/Director, ensuring succession plans.
6. Enhance client relationships through effective use of resources and tools.
7. Manage customer flow to ensure optimal client service.
8. Drive sales for an assigned product category and analyze performance metrics.
9. Maintain inventory and oversee inventory management.
10. Lead store operations in the absence of senior management.

2. Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
3. Passion for fashion, art, and culture.

4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
