1. Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve departmental and store targets.
2. Support the Store Manager in developing new and existing client relationships.
3. Foster a positive work environment that promotes cooperation and excellence.
4. Define and review individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
5. Identify, recruit, and develop talent to ensure succession planning.
6. Enhance client experience by managing customer flow and ensuring high service levels.
7. Drive sales for assigned product categories and analyze performance for improvement.
8. Maintain thorough understanding and implementation of company policies and procedures.
9. Oversee inventory management and store operations in the absence of senior management.

2. Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative solutions.
3. Passion for and knowledge of the managed product category.
4. Client-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.

1. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to lead and influence as a committed team player.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
