Loewe Department Manager

- Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual, departmental, and store targets.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment that drives business goals.
- Set and review individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Recruit and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager/Director to ensure succession planning.
- Model exemplary sales techniques and support team members in achieving their KPIs.
- Enhance client relationships using available resources and tools.
- Communicate company messages effectively during briefings and meetings.
- Ensure new employees complete their onboarding successfully for a positive integration.
- Manage customer flow to maintain high service levels and client satisfaction.
- Optimize customer database through effective data capture and integrity.
- Drive sales for assigned product categories, analyzing and improving performance.
- Enhance team's product knowledge to boost sales and cross-selling.
- Provide feedback on product performance and market insights to the regional team.
- Lead store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing duties.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and manage inventory effectively.
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative solutions.
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
- Client-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Team player willing to work alongside the team to lead and influence.
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in managing client relationships and enhancing customer experience.
- Ability to manage operations and inventory efficiently.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
