1. Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve departmental and store targets.
2. Develop and implement individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
3. Recruit and nurture talent in collaboration with the Store Manager, ensuring succession planning.
4. Enhance client relationships and ensure a superior client experience.
5. Drive sales for assigned product categories, analyzing performance and implementing improvement actions.
6. Manage store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing procedures.
7. Maintain inventory management and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
3. Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
4. Client-centric mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.

1. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to be agile, creative, and commercial in solution development.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
