1. Lead and develop a team of client advisors to achieve departmental and store targets.
2. Define and review individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
3. Recruit and nurture talent, ensuring succession planning in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Enhance client relationships and ensure exceptional client experiences.
5. Drive sales and analyze performance for assigned product categories.
6. Manage store operations in the absence of senior management.
7. Maintain inventory and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative solutions.
3. Passion for the product category and client-centric mindset.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
