Loewe Department Manager

- Lead and develop a team of client advisors to achieve departmental and store targets.
- Define and review individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Recruit and nurture talent, ensuring succession planning in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Enhance client relationships and ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Drive sales and analyze performance for assigned product categories.
- Manage store operations in the absence of senior management.
- Maintain inventory and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative solutions.
- Passion for the product category and client-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
