Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual, department, and store targets.
- Support the Store Manager/Director in developing new and existing clients.
- Create a positive work environment fostering cooperation and excellence.
- Define and review individual and team goals and targets.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring succession plans.
- Role model sales techniques and support team sales efforts.
- Develop long-lasting client relationships.
- Communicate company messages and information effectively.
- Ensure new joiners complete their onboarding path positively.
- Manage customer flow to ensure high-level client service.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset.
- Optimize customer database through data capture.
- Drive sales for an assigned category and analyze performance.
- Enhance team's technical knowledge of the product category.
- Share feedback with the regional team on product performance.
- Lead the store in the absence of senior management.
- Maintain understanding of policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory and inventory-related responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Agile, creative, and commercial in solution development.
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
- Client-centric mindset with a passion to exceed expectations.
- Committed team player.
Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
