1. Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual, departmental, and store targets.
2. Foster a positive and cooperative work environment that encourages excellence.

4. Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager/Director.
5. Model exemplary sales behavior and support team members in achieving their KPIs.

7. Manage customer flow to provide attentive service to all clients.
8. Drive sales for assigned product categories and analyze performance metrics.
9. Communicate company messages and inspire the team during briefings and meetings.
10. Oversee store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing procedures.
11. Maintain inventory management and uphold store policies and procedures.

1. Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
2. Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
3. Client-centric mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
