Loewe Department Manager

- Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual, departmental, and store targets.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment that encourages excellence.
- Define and review individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager/Director.
- Model exemplary sales behavior and support team members in achieving their KPIs.
- Enhance client relationships and ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Manage customer flow to provide attentive service to all clients.
- Drive sales for assigned product categories and analyze performance metrics.
- Communicate company messages and inspire the team during briefings and meetings.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain inventory management and uphold store policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Client-centric mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Agility and creativity in solution development.
- Knowledge and passion for fashion, art, and culture.
- Team-oriented leadership and influence.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
