1. Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual, department, and store targets.
2. Support the Store Manager/Director in developing new and existing clients.
3. Create a positive work environment fostering cooperation and excellence.
4. Define and review individual and team goals and targets.
5. Provide regular feedback and coaching to the team.
6. Identify, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring succession plans.
7. Role model sales techniques and support team sales efforts.
8. Develop long-lasting client relationships.
9. Communicate company messages and information effectively.
10. Ensure new joiners complete their onboarding path positively.
11. Manage customer flow to ensure high-level client service.
12. Cultivate a client-centric mindset.
13. Optimize customer database through data capture.
14. Drive sales for an assigned category and analyze performance.
15. Enhance team's technical knowledge of the product category.
16. Share feedback with the regional team on product performance.
17. Lead the store in the absence of senior management.
18. Maintain understanding of policies and procedures.
19. Manage inventory and inventory-related responsibilities.

1. Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams.
2. Strong commercial acumen.
3. Agile, creative, and commercial in solution development.
4. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
5. Client-centric mindset with a passion to exceed expectations.
6. Committed team player.

1. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
