1. Lead and manage a team to achieve business goals, fostering a cooperative and high-performance work environment.

3. Recruit, develop, and retain talent in collaboration with the Store Manager, ensuring succession plans are in place.
4. Model exemplary sales techniques and support team members in achieving their sales targets.
5. Enhance client relationships and ensure a superior client experience.
6. Manage customer flow and ensure all clients receive appropriate attention and service.
7. Drive sales for specific product categories, analyzing performance and implementing improvement strategies.
8. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product categories to improve sales metrics.
9. Communicate company messages effectively during briefings and meetings.
10. Oversee store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing procedures.
11. Ensure adherence to company policies and manage inventory effectively.

1. Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
2. Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative solutions.
3. Fluency in English and Portuguese.
