1. Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
2. Support the Store Manager/Director in developing new and existing client relationships.

4. Define and manage individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
5. Recruit and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager/Director.
6. Ensure a client-centric approach, managing customer flow and service levels.
7. Drive sales for the assigned product category, analyzing performance and implementing improvement actions.
8. Maintain inventory management and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
