1. Lead and mentor a team of client advisors to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
2. Support the Store Manager/Director in client development and retention.

5. Recruit and develop talent, ensuring effective succession planning.

9. Communicate company messages and inspire the team during briefings and meetings.
10. Oversee store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing procedures.
11. Ensure adherence to company policies and inventory management standards.
