1. Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual, departmental, and store targets.
2. Develop new and existing client relationships in collaboration with the Store Manager/Director.

4. Define and review individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
5. Recruit and develop talent, ensuring succession plans are in place.
6. Enhance the team's product knowledge to improve sales performance.
7. Manage customer flow to ensure optimal client service.
8. Drive sales for an assigned category, analyzing performance and implementing improvement actions.
9. Oversee store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing duties.
10. Maintain inventory management and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

1. Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
2. Fluency in English and Arabic.
