1. Lead and inspire the store team, embodying the Loewe brand image and values.
2. Conduct morning briefings, set objectives, and provide training and direct coaching alongside the Store Manager.
3. Foster a team spirit, motivating staff to enhance sales and operational efficiency.
4. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
5. Supervise staff in executing operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, and product returns.
6. Oversee store operations, including daily reconciliation reports and communication with the UK Finance Team and Head Office.
7. Ensure accurate weekly cash banking.
8. Evaluate Sales Associates' performance, providing ongoing feedback to drive results.
9. Manage day-to-day business needs and administration.
10. Monitor sales targets and KPIs, ensuring stock loss is minimized through regular inventories and stockroom maintenance.
11. Develop personal and associates' sales techniques to maximize sales.
12. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of merchandise and fashion industry trends.
13. Assist in implementing and maintaining visual guidelines and store standards.
14. Enhance customer service standards to deliver world-class service.
15. Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty and achieve sales objectives.
16. Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

1. Experience in sales within a luxury, high-fashion environment and in managing personnel.
2. Relevant experience in leather goods and accessories.

1. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
2. Excellent personal presentation as a Loewe Brand Ambassador.
3. Understanding of retail KPIs and commercial acumen.
4. Passion for customer service and sales floor focus.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
