Loewe Department Manager

- Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual, departmental, and store targets.
- Support the Store Manager/Director in developing new and existing clients.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes cooperation and excellence.
- Define and review individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager/Director.
- Role model sales techniques and support team members in achieving their KPIs.
- Develop long-lasting client relationships using available resources and tools.
- Communicate company messages with passion during briefings and meetings.
- Ensure new joiners have a positive onboarding experience.
- Manage customer flow to ensure high levels of client service.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset to enhance client experience.
- Drive sales for assigned product categories and analyze performance.
- Enhance team's product knowledge to improve KPI performance.
- Provide feedback to the regional team on product performance and market insights.
- Lead store operations in the absence of senior management.
- Ensure policies and procedures are communicated and implemented.
- Manage inventory and oversee inventory management.
- Perform additional duties and management responsibilities as required.
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative solutions.
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
- Client-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to amplify and value diversity.
- Agility and creativity in problem-solving.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Interest in fashion, art, and culture.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
