1. Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual, departmental, and store targets.
2. Support the Store Manager/Director in developing new and existing clients.
3. Foster a positive work environment that promotes cooperation and excellence.
4. Define and review individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
5. Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with the Store Manager/Director.
6. Role model sales techniques and support team members in achieving their KPIs.
7. Develop long-lasting client relationships using available resources and tools.
8. Communicate company messages with passion during briefings and meetings.
9. Ensure new joiners have a positive onboarding experience.
10. Manage customer flow to ensure high levels of client service.
11. Cultivate a client-centric mindset to enhance client experience.
12. Drive sales for assigned product categories and analyze performance.
13. Enhance team's product knowledge to improve KPI performance.
14. Provide feedback to the regional team on product performance and market insights.
15. Lead store operations in the absence of senior management.
16. Ensure policies and procedures are communicated and implemented.
17. Manage inventory and oversee inventory management.
18. Perform additional duties and management responsibilities as required.

1. Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
2. Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative solutions.
3. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category.
4. Client-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
5. Fluent in English and Arabic.
