1. Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual, department, and store targets.
2. Support the Store Manager/Director in developing new and existing client relationships.
3. Foster a positive work environment that encourages cooperation and excellence.
4. Define and review individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
5. Identify, recruit, and develop talent to ensure succession planning.
6. Role model sales techniques and support team members in achieving their KPIs.
7. Cultivate a client-centric mindset to ensure exceptional client experiences.
8. Drive sales for an assigned product category, analyzing performance and implementing improvement actions.
9. Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service levels.
10. Lead store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing procedures.
11. Maintain inventory management and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

1. Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
2. Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative solutions.
3. Fluency in English and Arabic.
