Loewe Department Manager

1. Lead and coach a team of client advisors to achieve individual, departmental, and store targets.
2. Support the Store Manager/Director in developing new and existing client relationships.
3. Foster a positive work environment that encourages cooperation and excellence.
4. Set and review individual and team goals, providing regular feedback and coaching.
5. Identify, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring succession plans are in place.
6. Enhance client relationships using available resources and tools.
7. Manage customer flow to ensure optimal service levels.
8. Drive sales for assigned product categories, analyzing performance and implementing improvement actions.
9. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store policies and procedures.
10. Oversee inventory management and store operations in the absence of senior management.
