Loewe CRM Specialist

- Lead and coordinate global CRM communications, ensuring alignment with regional teams and other channels.
- Manage and enhance automated customer journeys across various platforms, including email and messaging apps.
- Oversee the effectiveness of transactional and trigger-based emails for e-commerce, such as abandoned cart and back-in-stock notifications.
- Collaborate with regional teams to validate and implement data capture forms for local events and activities.
- Track and analyze CRM performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Introduce innovative ideas to enhance CRM activities and client engagement.
- 4–6 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on global or multi-market email marketing and customer journeys.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Expertise in data segmentation and campaign reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on email marketing and customer journeys on a global or multi-market scale.
