1. Lead daily operational activities in the compensation and benefits (C&B) domain.
2. Manage all operational facets of Loewe's C&B offerings, including benefits plans, insurances, and allowances.
3. Prepare promotion and offer letters.
4. Oversee international mobility processes in collaboration with HR Operations and Personnel Administration teams.
5. Lead global and LVMH-driven projects, including the global annual salary review process.
6. Liaise with vendors and external service providers.
7. Ensure the HR Information System (HRIS) is updated with relevant C&B information for accurate reporting.
8. Implement and maintain best practices for HRIS management within the C&B space.
9. Analyze total compensation packages for new hires, promotions, and existing employees.
10. Conduct benchmark exercises for internal and external equity.
11. Manage group-driven projects such as participation in compensation surveys.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits within a multinational environment with international exposure.

1. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
2. Proactive and results-oriented with a mindset for continuous improvement.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors).
5. Fluency in Spanish and English.

Minimum of 5 years in compensation and benefits within a multinational company with international exposure.
