Loewe Compensation and Benefits Operations Manager

- Lead daily operational activities in the compensation and benefits (C&B) domain.
- Manage all operational facets of Loewe's C&B offerings, including benefits plans, insurances, and allowances.
- Prepare promotion and offer letters.
- Oversee international mobility processes in collaboration with HR Operations and Personnel Administration teams.
- Lead global and LVMH-driven projects, including the global annual salary review process.
- Liaise with vendors and external service providers.
- Ensure the HR Information System (HRIS) is updated with relevant C&B information for accurate reporting.
- Implement and maintain best practices for HRIS management within the C&B space.
- Analyze total compensation packages for new hires, promotions, and existing employees.
- Conduct benchmark exercises for internal and external equity.
- Manage group-driven projects such as participation in compensation surveys.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits within a multinational environment with international exposure.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors).
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Minimum of 5 years in compensation and benefits within a multinational company with international exposure.
