Loewe Client Service Project Manager

- Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining the project's scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, adjusting as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
- Manage project changes, including scope, schedule, and budget adjustments, while minimizing disruption.
- Manage and control the project budgets, ensuring that each project stays within financial constraints while optimizing costs and maximizing resource efficiency.
- Ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality level.
- Manage the project teams and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are considered and addressed appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and drive improvements to maximize the department’s performance.
- Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
- 5+ years’ relevant project management experience or experience in other roles with similar responsibilities.
- Structured, assertive, and independent.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and think outside the box.
- Proven organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, in a team environment, and across various functions.
- Experience in end-to-end management of projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Competency in the use of business applications and collaboration tools, including but not limited to Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
- Knowledge of SF Service Cloud, AI, and Gen AI industries is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience or similar roles.
