Loewe Client Service Project Manager

1. Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining the project's scope, goals, and deliverables.
2. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
3. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, adjusting as necessary to keep the project on track.
4. Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones.
5. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
6. Manage project changes, including scope, schedule, and budget adjustments, while minimizing disruption.
7. Manage and control the project budgets, ensuring that each project stays within financial constraints while optimizing costs and maximizing resource efficiency.
8. Ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and to the expected quality level.
9. Manage the project teams and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are considered and addressed appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Proactively identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and drive improvements to maximize the department’s performance.
11. Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.

1. 5+ years’ relevant project management experience or experience in other roles with similar responsibilities.

4. Proven organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively, in a team environment, and across various functions.
6. Experience in end-to-end management of projects.
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
8. Competency in the use of business applications and collaboration tools, including but not limited to Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
9. Knowledge of SF Service Cloud, AI, and Gen AI industries is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience or similar roles.
