1. Centralize client experience needs and feedback from various regions, including online channels.
2. Participate in the creation of marketing briefs for client activation tools and assets.
3. Monitor the development of key client tools such as gifts and catalogues.
4. Contribute to the creation of comprehensive guidelines for all client activities, ensuring clear communication of objectives, targets, and available assets to regional CRM managers.
5. Collaborate with regional CRM managers and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for launching client initiatives.
6. Support post-campaign and event reporting and analysis.
7. Create regular industry benchmarks for clienteling activities.

1. Currently enrolled in a study program that allows for an internship agreement with a university.
2. Possession of a student NIE if from the EU or a working permit if from outside the EU.

1. Interest in fashion and culture with a career focus in Client Relations.
2. Exceptional attention to detail, agility, and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in Spanish and English, with additional languages being advantageous.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Prior experience in CRM, Client Experience, Marketing, and/or Communications is preferred. Industry experience is a plus.

Ideally pursuing a master's degree in a relevant field.

Study support valued at €800/900 gross per month, plus a daily lunch subsidy.

Internship duration of 6-12 months with full-time hours from Monday to Friday, including early finish on Fridays.
