Loewe Client Events Manager

- Plan and execute client events, both in-store and alternative venues, to enhance brand affinity and deepen client engagement in accordance with LOEWE's client development strategy.
- Focus on Very Important Clients (VICs), potential VICs, and new clients to elevate client segments and foster long-term purchasing relationships.
- Collaborate with local retail, merchandising, and marketing teams to develop consistent event concepts, ensuring alignment with HQ strategies.
- Identify and manage relationships with external suppliers and partners to ensure high-quality event execution.
- Monitor event-based KPIs, including client attendance, show-up rates, and sales tracking before and after events.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends related to client events and promotional activities.
- Manage annual and project-based budgets, maintaining clear visibility on production and event costs, and securing additional funding when necessary.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client events and retail activations.
- Proven cross-functional and external vendor leadership capabilities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across functional teams.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Problem-solving with effective and creative solutions.
- Organizational agility to build constructive relationships across boundaries.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and make decisions without complete information.
- Conflict management skills to view conflicts as opportunities for solutions.
- Balancing future trend anticipation with day-to-day detail management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Japanese and English.
A minimum of 5 years in client events and retail activations, preferably within a luxury fashion maison.
