Loewe Client Event Coordinator

- Plan, coordinate, and execute client events to support client development initiatives, focusing on VIC retention and potential client recruitment.
- Assist the Event Manager with key tasks for event execution, including catering, entertainment arrangements, venue research, CRM sample management, invitation handling, and guest transportation coordination.
- Support the preparation of presentations for headquarters and the development of operational guidelines for stores.
- Ensure smooth event planning and operations through effective communication with HQ CRM/Client experience team, Stores, Retail, MD/VM, and Marketing.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends related to client events and promotional initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement to achieve KPI targets, implement enhancements, and deliver more elevated events.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client events and retail activations
- Proficiency in cross-functional and external vendor leadership
- Business-level proficiency in English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Problem-solving with effective and creative solutions
- Organizational agility to build constructive and effective relationships
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and make decisions without having the total picture
- Conflict management skills to drive solutions
- Balance between anticipating future trends and managing day-to-day details
- Interpersonal and communication skills in both Japanese and English
Minimum 3 years of experience in client events and retail activations, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
