1. Monitor client data capture across touchpoints, ensuring reliability, completeness, and alignment with quality standards.
2. Lead end-to-end analysis of client data projects, assessing progress, uncovering insights, and making recommendations for improvement.
3. Maintain and evolve the Client Dataset (Data Model), proposing enhancements to increase usability and stakeholder impact.
4. Collaborate with BI teams to translate business needs into practical solutions.
5. Manage client data tools, ensuring data consistency, up-to-date information, and stakeholder training.
6. Address ad hoc analytical needs to support business decision-making.

1. 1-2 years of experience in data-related departments
2. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as PowerBI
3. Experience with customer databases or CRM systems is a plus
4. Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills
