1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Cultivate emotional connections with clients to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
4. Communicate regularly with clients through various channels such as email, phone, and personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product categories through expert knowledge and storytelling.
7. Expand and update the client book using company tools.
8. Collaborate effectively as a team member to meet store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE's standards.
10. Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
11. Assist with inventory management and other back-of-house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

1. Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
2. Experience in a customer-centric role.
3. Fluency in English and German.
