- Liaise with Visual Merchandising team to ensure VM guideline adherence.
- Provide coaching and feedback for consistent product knowledge and visual standards.
- Adapt visual merchandising to store requirements and market trends.
- Support in-store events, windows, special projects, and installations.
- Report biweekly to line manager and VM team.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury sales.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Experience in crafting windows and interior displays.
- Proven visual merchandising experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and prioritize projects.
- Proficiency in office software and Mac.
