3. Support sales staff with merchandise retrieval from stock.

9. Maintain a client book to grow an engaged clientele.
10. Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
11. Assist in maintaining the selling space and general housekeeping.
12. Participate actively in visual merchandising and regular maintenance.
13. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
14. Maintain inventory in an organized and secure manner.
15. Collaborate with management on replenishment and product feedback.
16. Liaise with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure global VM guidelines are met.
17. Provide coaching and feedback to ensure consistent product knowledge and visual standards.
18. Adapt visual merchandising to store requirements and market trends.
19. Support in-store events, windows, special projects, and installations.
20. Report biweekly to the line manager and VM team.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury sales.

4. Proven visual merchandising experience.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Ability to lead and prioritize projects.

9. Proficiency in office software and Mac.
10. Bilingual in English/Spanish or French is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, with a focus on sales, preferably within a luxury setting.
