1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and clientele sales goals.
2. Exemplify brand core values in customer interactions.
3. Support sales staff by ensuring merchandise availability.
4. Engage in team selling and incorporate product knowledge to enhance sales.
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
6. Develop and maintain lasting client relationships to increase retention.
7. Promote store events through various communication channels.
8. Maintain a client book for engaged clientele growth.
9. Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
10. Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of the selling space.
11. Participate in visual merchandising and regular maintenance.
12. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
13. Maintain inventory in an organized manner.
14. Collaborate with management for replenishment and product feedback.
15. Liaise with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure accurate representation.
16. Provide coaching and feedback for consistent product knowledge and visual standards.
17. Adapt visual merchandising based on store requirements and market trends.
18. Support in-store events, windows, special projects, and installations.
19. Report biweekly to the line manager and VM team.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury sales.

4. Proven visual merchandising expertise.

6. Strong interpersonal skills.
7. Effective communication with third parties.

10. Proficiency in office software and Mac.
11. Bilingual in English/Spanish or French is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
