Loewe Client Advisor, Visual Specialist

- Achieve individual and store sales targets and clientele sales goals.
- Exemplify brand core values in customer interactions.
- Support sales staff by ensuring merchandise availability.
- Engage in team selling and incorporate product knowledge to enhance sales.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships to increase retention.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain a client book for engaged clientele growth.
- Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of the selling space.
- Participate in visual merchandising and regular maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
- Maintain inventory in an organized manner.
- Collaborate with management for replenishment and product feedback.
- Liaise with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure accurate representation.
- Provide coaching and feedback for consistent product knowledge and visual standards.
- Adapt visual merchandising based on store requirements and market trends.
- Support in-store events, windows, special projects, and installations.
- Report biweekly to the line manager and VM team.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury sales.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Experience in crafting windows and interior displays.
- Proven visual merchandising expertise.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication with third parties.
- Ability to lead and prioritize projects.
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in office software and Mac.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or French is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
