- Achieve individual and store sales targets and clientele sales goals.

- Support sales staff with merchandise needs from stock.

- Develop and maintain a client book for engaged clientele.
- Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
- Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of the selling space.
- Participate actively in visual merchandising and maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Maintain inventory efficiently and securely.
- Partner with management for replenishment and feedback on product performance.
- Liaise with Visual Merchandising team to ensure global VM guidelines are followed.
- Provide coaching and training to ensure consistent product knowledge and visual standards.
- Adapt visual merchandising to store requirements and market trends.
- Support in-store events, windows, special projects, and installations.
- Biweekly reporting to line manager and VM team.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury sales.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Experience in crafting windows and interior displays.
- Proven visual merchandising expertise.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication with third parties.
- Ability to lead and prioritize projects.
- Flexibility and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in office software and Mac.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or French is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, focusing on sales, preferably within a luxury setting.
