1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and clientele sales goals.
2. Exemplify brand core values in customer interactions.
3. Support sales staff with merchandise needs from stock.
4. Engage in team selling with a collaborative approach.
5. Incorporate product knowledge to enhance sales and transaction values.
6. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
7. Facilitate lasting client relationships to boost retention.
8. Promote store events through various communication channels.
9. Develop and maintain a client book for engaged clientele.
10. Follow up on client-related issues such as shipping and alterations.
11. Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of the selling space.
12. Participate actively in visual merchandising and maintenance.
13. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
14. Maintain inventory efficiently and securely.
15. Partner with management for replenishment and feedback on product performance.
16. Liaise with Visual Merchandising team to ensure global VM guidelines are followed.
17. Provide coaching and training to ensure consistent product knowledge and visual standards.
18. Adapt visual merchandising to store requirements and market trends.
19. Support in-store events, windows, special projects, and installations.
20. Biweekly reporting to line manager and VM team.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury sales.

7. Effective communication with third parties.

10. Proficiency in office software and Mac.
11. Bilingual in English/Spanish or French is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, focusing on sales, preferably within a luxury setting.
