13. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.
14. Liaise with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure accurate store representation.
15. Provide coaching and feedback to ensure consistent product knowledge and standards.
16. Adapt visual merchandising based on store requirements and market trends.
17. Support in-store events, windows, special projects, and installations.
18. Report biweekly to the line manager and VM team.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment.
2. Significant experience in crafting windows, interior displays, and space utilization.
3. Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
4. Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser.
5. Willingness to work nights and overnights.

1. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
4. Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to collaborate.
5. Adaptability to cater to different customer needs.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Foreign language knowledge is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion sales and visual merchandising.
