- Ensure sales floor and stockroom organization per company policy.
- Contribute to the visual presentation of products, adhering to Loewe’s standards.
- Uphold Loewe’s image standards and guidelines.
- Record customer information accurately in the database.
- Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain an organized client book, initiating regular client contact.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.
- Liaise with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure accurate store representation.
- Provide coaching and feedback to ensure consistent product knowledge and standards.
- Adapt visual merchandising based on store requirements and market trends.
- Support in-store events, windows, special projects, and installations.
- Report biweekly to the line manager and VM team.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment.
- Significant experience in crafting windows, interior displays, and space utilization.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and store targets.
- Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser.
- Willingness to work nights and overnights.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to collaborate.
- Adaptability to cater to different customer needs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language knowledge is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion sales and visual merchandising.
