- Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, contributing to business growth.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, fostering long-lasting client relationships.
- Meet individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to collect and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the workplace environment and maintain a positive culture.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized according to company policy.
- Contribute to the visual presentation of products, adhering to LOEWE’s standards.
- Uphold LOEWE’s image standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain an organized client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Liaise with the Visual Merchandising team to implement global VM guidelines.
- Provide coaching and feedback to ensure consistent product knowledge and visual execution.
- Adapt visual merchandising based on store requirements and market trends.
- Support in-store events, windows, special projects, and installations.
- Report biweekly to the line manager and VM team.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven experience as a visual merchandiser.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
Minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales and visual merchandising within a retail environment.
