1. Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, contributing to the store's growth.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with clients.
3. Utilize CRM tools to enhance client engagement and identify future opportunities.
4. Maintain the store's visual standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.
5. Support in-store events, window displays, and special projects.
6. Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized according to company policy.
7. Promote store events through various communication channels.
8. Maintain an accurate client book and ensure timely follow-up on sales and inquiries.
9. Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
10. Contribute to general housekeeping and store image upkeep.
11. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
2. Proven experience as a visual merchandiser.
3. Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Foreign language skills are a plus.

Minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales and visual merchandising.
