- Achieve individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer engagement.
- Utilize CRM tools to gather and leverage customer data for personalized client interactions.

- Contribute to the visual presentation of products, adhering to Loewe’s guidelines.
- Uphold the brand's image standards and guidelines consistently.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Manage and update a client book, ensuring regular client contact and follow-up.
- Address client-related issues promptly, including shipping and alterations.
- Assist with general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
- Liaise with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure global VM guidelines are followed.
- Provide coaching and feedback to support consistent product knowledge and visual standards.
- Adapt visual merchandising based on store requirements and market trends.
- Support visual merchandising for in-store events, windows, and special projects.
- Report biweekly to the line manager and VM team.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising and crafting displays.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
- Willingness to work nights and overnights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous but not required.
Minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales and visual merchandising.
