1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Engage clients emotionally to provide exceptional and memorable experiences.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships through regular communication.
4. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
5. Showcase product categories through expert knowledge and storytelling.
6. Expand and update the client book using company tools.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives.
8. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE’s standards.
9. Maintain product organization and security both front and back of house.
10. Assist with inventory management and other back-of-house tasks.
11. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

2. Experience in a customer-centric role.

1. Fluency in English and Chinese.
2. Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.

4. Effective communication skills for building client portfolios.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
