1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Cultivate emotional connections with clients to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences.
3. Engage with clients to develop enduring relationships.
4. Maintain client relations through regular communication via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product categories through extensive product knowledge and storytelling.
7. Expand and update the client book using company tools.
8. Collaborate as a team player to contribute to the store's overall objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE’s standards.
10. Ensure products are maintained efficiently, cleanly, securely, and organized both front and back of house.
11. Assist with inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including grooming and behavior standards.

2. Experience in a similar customer-centric role.
3. Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
4. Naturally inclusive and open-minded disposition.
5. Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic approach.

1. Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
2. Results-driven with a commercial mindset while maintaining a team player attitude.
3. Fluency in English and Spanish.

Beginner level experience in customer service or a related field.
