- Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
- Cultivate emotional connections with clients to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences.
- Engage with clients to develop enduring relationships.
- Maintain client relations through regular communication via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
- Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
- Showcase product categories through extensive product knowledge and storytelling.
- Expand and update the client book using company tools.
- Collaborate as a team player to contribute to the store's overall objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE’s standards.
- Ensure products are maintained efficiently, cleanly, securely, and organized both front and back of house.
- Assist with inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including grooming and behavior standards.
- Proven experience in achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a similar customer-centric role.
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Naturally inclusive and open-minded disposition.
- Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic approach.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset while maintaining a team player attitude.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Beginner level experience in customer service or a related field.
