Loewe Client Advisor

- Respond to client inquiries and requests through phone, email, and chat, addressing product information, pre- and post-purchase questions, inventory checks, repairs, complaints, and store inquiries.
- Communicate the excellence of Loewe products and facilitate sales.
- Plan and execute clienteling activities, including outbound calls and emails to clients.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients to enhance loyalty.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments such as Retail Excellence & Operations, Retail, Supply Chain & Transportation, and Logistics to improve service quality.
- Retail sales experience, preferably in luxury products.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact smoothly with clients and build relationships.
- Experience in customer service or client support.
- Ability to address issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Stress tolerance with the capability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English skills are preferred but not mandatory.
- Time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business situations and client needs.
- Teamwork skills to collaborate and work towards common goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
The position offers a shift-based schedule with a standard working time of 7 hours and a 1-hour break.
